Noval Property announces the sale of an industrial building of a built area of 3,850.27 sqm on a plot of land of 9,736.66 sqm located in the area of “Rapsista” of the Municipal Unit of Anatoli, in the Municipality of Ioannina.

Subject sale forms part of Noval Property’s strategy to divest specific real estate assets and complies with structuring the optimum real estate investment portfolio according to the prevailing real estate market trends.

The transaction amounted to EURO 1.10 million.
